Q. Are the products natural and/or vegan?

A. Yes.

Q. Can products be taken while pregnant?
A. Although, all products are natural consult with doctor before using.

Q. How long before I can see results?
A. Results and result times varies each person, expect anywhere from 7days to 8 weeks for any results. *Quicker results can depend on persons and eating habits.

Q. What is a patch test?
A. Due to everyone having unique skin, test each product by applying a small patch onto skin (hand, arm, leg) and see how your skin reacts to product.

Q. How long is delivery?
A. 3 business days shipping, 1-2 days delivery.

Q. Do you ship internationally?
A. We do not offer international shipping at this moment, but it will be available soon. 

Q. My package says delivered, but I do not see the package.
A. Contact your local post office ASAP. If you are still not able to locate your package email us at karitesoul1@gmail.com and allow 24-48 hour response time to open an investigation.
